JEMERE MORGAN

Jemere embodies the essence of "wish come true," and if aspirations materialize, he is well on his way to forging a remarkable and successful musical path. His father, the legendary International Reggae Artist Gramps Morgan, and grandfather, Denroy Morgan, known for the 1981 chart-topping hit "I'll Do Anything For You," have laid a profound musical foundation. Denroy Morgan's historic success led to him becoming the first reggae artist signed by a major record label, RCA.

Jemere, a direct heir to this musical legacy, draws inspiration primarily from his father, Gramps Morgan, and also from artists like Mario, Chris Brown, Otis Redding, and India Arie. Guided by his father's wisdom, encapsulated in the quote "Respect and manners will carry you through the world," Jemere is fueled to push his talents beyond conventional boundaries.

His love affair with music blossomed during a transformative seven-week Van Warps tour with his father and the family. Witnessing Gramps Morgan and his band mates from Morgan Heritage perform left an indelible mark on Jemere, solidifying his conviction that music was his true calling.

Setting himself apart from other artists, Jemere brings a unique style to his music, effortlessly blending genres such as pop with reggae and infusing rhythm and blues with hip hop. Currently working on his EP, his debut single "First Kiss" is already available on iTunes. Recently joining his father, Gramps Morgan, on the European Tour alongside his uncle, Peetah Morgan from the reggae group 'Morgan Heritage,' Jemere took the stage as the nightly opening act, marking a thrilling international debut.

With aspirations to achieve success in every genre, be it as an artist, producer, or writer, Jemere's journey is just beginning. As he navigates his musical path, he carries with him the support and pride of his mother, making each step a testament to his commitment to a diverse and impactful career.
